LEECM provided Owner Representative/CM services to the City for this fast-track renovation in the school’s primary classroom wing. A series of toilet facilities were renovated to accommodate ADA requirements, provide more efficient circulation, and replace aging finishes. A separate exterior component of the project included the renovation of an existing concrete slab and masonry walls to provide a secure storage facility with student workshop area.
