LEECM (as PPS) is proud to have worked with the City of Staunton and Frazier Associates on this award winning parking garage. The New Street Parking Garage accommodates 277 cars in 100,000 sf over 5 levels. Storefront retail space is provided at street level. Difficult site conditions as well as the location adjacent to occupied buildings, provided numerous construction challenges. LEECM provided full time on-site Owner’s Representative services for the City, including contract administration duties. Close communication and planning between the LEECM field staff and the contractor allowed the project to flow efficiently. The project was completed ahead of schedule and within budget.
